1 General Terms of Use

airopay is an online gaming and sports betting platform available to residents of the Philippines who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms. Access to airopay is provided on the condition that you accept and comply with all terms, policies, and rules published on this platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use airopay, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are a resident of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing active account on airopay. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of airopay.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. airopay uses KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to confirm your identity. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Never share your password or OTP with anyone. airopay will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All transactions on airopay are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). airopay does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit methods on airopay. All deposit methods available to your account are shown in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified Philippine bank accounts or e-wallets registered to the same account holder. airopay may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or when account information has recently changed.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as processing times, vary by payment method and are displayed in your account at the time of the transaction. airopay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Credits

airopay may offer bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to players at its discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These terms are displayed within the promotion details in your account.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be played through in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any resulting winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Failure to complete the wagering requirement before the promotion expires will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

The following activities may result in cancellation of bonuses and potential account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate wagering requirements or bonus conditions.
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Withdrawing a deposit made to qualify for a bonus before completing the associated wagering requirement.

airopay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Published promotion terms take precedence over any verbal or informal communication.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games and betting markets on airopay are governed by game-specific rules published within each game or market interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game or bet type before participating.

airopay uses certified random number generation and fair-play mechanisms for applicable game categories. Outcomes in live casino, slots, fish games, and other RNG-based categories are not influenced by airopay or any player action beyond what the game mechanics allow.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant real-world sporting event. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, airopay's determination based on official event records will be final.

Any attempt to exploit software errors, manipulate game outcomes, use bots or automated tools, or engage in any other form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and withdrawals, and permanent platform ban.

6 Responsible Gaming

7 Account Suspension and Termination

airopay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Situations that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or unverifiable identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity or household.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward airopay staff or other players.
• Using automated tools, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, full account access will be restored. If a violation is confirmed, airopay reserves the right to retain any fraudulently obtained funds and close the account permanently.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting airopay's support team. Any verified remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method after completing final verification.

8 Privacy and Data Use

airopay collects personal information from players as part of the registration, KYC, and ongoing account management process. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the airopay Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9 Limitation of Liability

airopay provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In all cases, airopay's liability to any individual player is limited to the real-money balance held in their verified account at the time of any incident.
